I was told 10 years ago by several Doctors and nurses at the VA (where I receive my healthcare) to make water my best friend.  It became a habit and now I love water, it is my best friend.  Especially important for someone like me as I take about 20 prescribed medications.]]></description>

From what I understand &quot;Myoplex 42g protein&quot; is considered a good vegetarian supplement. I would start with two a day then add three. They are on sale at Albertsons right now. Take in a little more fiber because it may be a shock to your body taking in so much protein. You poop my get a little hard. I do four a day because I never have time to eat. Keep eating what your eating. Find a book devoted to Vegetarian athletes. A Book that I love and use for a reference all the time is 4hour body. As for your workout to have a hypertrophy affect try to take each set as close to failure as you can. I would add kettlebells because they are the Queen Exercise--since the king seems to always power hungry and gets killed.
